Renal transplant done on 28.02.17 now under immunosuppression. USG showing graft kidney has cyst measuring 2 mm. What should I do?

A small cyst of 2 mm can be left untouched. If it ilybrate-useriving ay symptoms it need to be removed. Your renal surgeon can decide in your case.
