I have anxiety. I don't know whether I am having depression or not. I took medications for this for 8 months and course has been completed in Jan this year. But from past 2 months I don't know I am feeling scared and very moody for no reason and no happiness not at all. If I hear anything about suicide I am feeling very low and scared that it might happen to me. Is this suicidal tendency. I don't want use any medications. Please suggest if clinical hypnotherapy helps to overcome all these. Planning to book an appointment.

It seems like depression with comorbid anxiety symptoms. Its necessary for you to consult a psychiatrist since the symptoms seem severe, chronic and relapsing. If the depression is clinically of a serious level only counseling or psychotherapy may not work that well. Before you opt for any mode of therapy consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.
