I am 21 year old female. I have recently decided to adopt a plant based lifestyle. Therefore, I have given up on meat and dairy products. Are there any particular food items that I should include in my daily meals? What kind of vitamin B12 supplements should I go for? Are there any dietary restrictions that I should keep in mind for my hypothyroidism? I already take medications for it (50 mcg).
