I am a severe case of COPD and have now got enlarged prostrate too. Earlier I was taking budesonide 200 one puff BD and Duova two puff OD. The Dr. treating me for COPD has advised to discontinue with Duova. But without that I am finding it difficult to pull through the day. Please advise.
