You need to make your daily water intake to more than 2.5 liters. Include fresh fruits to your daily routine intake avoid spicy, fried and oily food items along with aerated drinks do regular workout and pranayam (deep breathing practices) sleep for 7-8 hours a day be happy and try to avoid stress for blood purification, along with above include fresh turmeric, neem, giloy, aloevera and amla juice consumption make sure that you are not having some chronic problem so go for a complete blood count and liver function test.
