I am dealing with severe anxiety and fear. I get alarmed very soon on a noise and adrenaline starts flowing down my body. My resting heart rate is always between 100-110 beats per minute due to constant elevated stress. I want to take betacap medicine to slow down my heart rate and relaxing my nervous system. I just want to know about the dosage of this medicine. And the duration of taking this medicine. Can I take betacap medicine for a long period of time? Please tell me about the dosage of this medicine. I am 17 years old and my weight is 69 kgs.

You seem to be having anxiety disorder. Try anxiolytic drugs like escitalopram or other ssri drugs. Betacap not the drug of choice here. Consult a psychiatrist and start treatment. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
