I require a good diet chart to follow. I am having T2 diabetes from around 25 years. My blood sugar levels stay around Fasting - 130-150 PP - 180-220 Height - 5.8 Weight - 84 kgs Medicine morning - triglimiprex 2 Afternoon - galvusmet 50/500 Night - galvusmet 50/500 + triglimiprex 2 For BP - Olmesar a40 Please provide me a diet chart and exercise so that I can reduce my sugar levels.

Just do walk for at least 40 min. Take Kari patta curry leaves. Fresh one 10 to 12 leaves daily morning empty stomach. Rest restrict sugar n salt in your diet.

you can start with mild physical activity Intially. start taking seasonal vegetables in your diet. take plenty of water take regular meal at every 2 hourly. best will be to get your analysis done and start with a specific pattern as per your requirement
