I am 19 year old. When my Tsh level is 6.8 my doctor advised me to take 100 mcg and she asked to tapper the level slowly according to the levels each month. After 1 month it is only 0.34 and I took 50 mcg for three months after that i didnt check my level. I took my ayurvedic medicine named as punnarvadi and now I had seen my report and here the t3 and t4 falls in normal limits but the tsh raised to 26 and it really depressing me what is the level of mcg I had to take and as well as leaving ayurvedic medicine. Please suggest me.

Please get your free T3 and free T4 level checked. Do you've constipation and feel cold most of the time, if yes then you definitely have hypothyroidism. Please consult an endocrinologist and do not depend on ayurvedic medicine only.
