Hydrotubation is not done nowadays. If all other parameters are ok then you can get pregnancy even with one patent tube. Try naturally for few months then plan for laparoscopy.

Dear lybrate-user, if affordability is the problem, then hydrotubation can be tried. Or generally the mainstay of treatment is laparoscopy with Hysteroscopy.
