Hi, the two terms are almost synonymous. For talking to yourself and better introspection write the things that come to your mind and then look for their. Possible solutions. If you find your thoughts too clouded take professional help or share your concerns with a close relative. For letting others know about their bad habits be polite yet be firm .Situational circumstances are of utmost importance and need to be weighed.
