What is the physical Activity to Avoid Diabetes? 30-Minutes Brisk walk in a weak is advised to avoid Diabetes. If some one can not spare 30-minute a day in 5-days the it is fine to do it in intervals? E.g. 5-Times a day for 7 minutes and 7 days a weak. Or. 5-Times a day for 7 minutes and 5-days and then 20 minutes at weakens for two days?
