Hello, Thanks for the query. Madam looking at your weight and height with a BMI of 30.44 kgs/M2 (normal < 23/kgs), you are already in grade 1 obesity. This could be the result of uncontrolled hypothyroidism or may be situation existed prior to that. In uncontrolled hypothyroidism weight gain is a major issue along with other symptoms. When on treatment with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, TSH should be in the range of 3 to 4 mU/L, to be free from all the symptoms of the disease. Hence you need to increase the dosage by 12.5 mcg (75 + 12.5 = 87.5 mcg per day), then check TSH after 6 to 8 weeks to if the desired levels are achieved. Thanks.
