I have depression & negative thoughts for past six months. Before that I enjoyed my usually. After depression, I usually over think & feel negative. I do it for all the time when I free. It also causes insomnia to me. I go to bed 10: 00 pm, but I slept only at nearly 2: 00 AM. What I do for that. Please your valuable solution. I also doing masturbation once week to relieve stress. Is masturbation also causes for that ?I don't know. Please clarify me. What I do for it. How I protect me from over thinking & negative feeling.

Hello The negative thoughts and overthinking can be dealt by regular counselling sessions i.e. Psychotherapy. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for the same. Try to schedule your day, involve yourself in activities and do physical exercises and deep breathing exercises for mental relaxation.
