My problem is that I noticed some small lumps on my right testicle. I am very much worried that it may be testicular cancer! Now I want to know that to which department of medical I should rush to get appropriate consultation? surgery or urology? And is this problem because of unprotected sex.(STD) I shall remain highly grateful if find the fruitful advice.
