Recently I have been shifted to a new place. And I am not well at my new place. I have cold and cough, what should I do?

Sometimes our body takes time to adjust with new environment specially water and temperature. This is generally due to low immunity. If you feel that you r having fever with cough and cold you should consult a nearby physician otherwise you may take sitopladi churna one spoon with honey twice a day for few days. Drink boiled or filtered water.
