Hello, Thanks for the query. There are many preparations saying the ingredients are sugar free. Please check exactly what particular sugar substitute is used. It could be sucralose or aspartame etc. Those can be taken. However, in general a person with diabetes should avoid juices, as there are no fibers in it. Best is to consume the whole fruits. Thanks.
