Hello, Thanks for the query. FNAC report mentions lymphocytic thyroiditis, means there is infiltration of lymphocytes in the thyroid gland, leading to affection of thyroxine secretory function. This leads to an autoimmune condition called as Hashimotos Thyroiditis (HT). There are anti bodies to TPO enzyme present, leading to reduced synthesis of thyroxine and causing Hypothyroidism. Treatment is take Levothyroxine regularly. If you have any question please do come back. Thanks.
