Hi, I am suffering from right hip joint and right knee pain from past 1 week. I exercise regularly at the gym from past 2 years but I don't think there has been any injury. The pain usually increases in the evening and worsening in the night (usually in AC). I was earlier diagnosed with high uric acid (7.9) and Alanine Phosphatase, Serum (139). After which I reduced non-veg and hard drinks. Now from past 1 week I started whey protein and the same day got started joint pain. One doctor advised for Contrast Fomentation (hot and cold). But is it really right treatment since I didn't had any injury. Is it may be because of again high uric acid.
