Hello, I am 28 years old and I have auto immune disorder leading hypothyroidism. What would be the best diet for me? Should I get a professional dietitian as my antibodies have come really high and so my tsh which is 192. Is there any permanent solution for this apart from taking thyroxine every morning?

Do not worry so much.In most of the patients it comes out as autoimmune ds. There is no specific diet, you have to avoid goitrogenic food items like radish, turnip, cabbage, cauliflower, soy, berries etc. There is no permanent solution, you have to take thyroid hormone supplement indefinitely monitoring TSH level.
