I have hypothyroidism TSH value as 6.1. I am taking Thyronorm 50 mcg daily. Is it okay to take Tea, Coffee, Ginger Tea and chicken foods daily? Will they affect the thyroid gland? What are the foods have to avoid mandatory? Please advice. Thanks.
