Hi lybrate-user. See. Tenormin does cause a reduction in your heart rate. Although you need to assess if your bradycardia is physiological and present from the beginning. About the anxiety issues, I won't advise you to take just clonam. A combined of Escitalopram plus Clonazepam is required for the same to start with. Your anxiety needs to be controlled. Take care!
