I have anxiety and BP problem from last 5 months I take embetta. Lozip and pexep daily .How much time to take me fit and fine?

Dear lybrate-user Hello If you are better with medicine. You will have to cont med for long time .bec you are not able to find the cause of it. Psychology says - you are not born with anxiety. It means some way of thinking or suffering.in the childhood has given you a thinnking. Which is causing anxiety n you re medicine dependent. Try to know the cause.in your personality with psycholgical testing with clinical psychologist.& then add psychotherapy into it.& then you will be fine without medication. If nobody is avaialble then talk to us through video conferencing .n get treated.
