Sir/mam, Recently I had done a blood test of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - Serum and my result is = 17.23,My doc said it is too high and advised for a medicine named (Thyronorm 50 mcg) for 6 month. But I forgot to ask what after 6 month? So I have a query that after 6 months my doc is going to adjust the dosage and I have to take this for lifelong or 6 months will be enough? & I also have stomach issues thats why I am taking the medicine listed below. Please help..

Medicine for hypothyroid usually continue indefinitely and dose is adjusted by TSH monitoring.
