I am suffering with diabetic neuropathy. Always there will be nerve pain and numbness in my feet. I also suffer with severe fatigue and weakness. I am taking optineuron injection twice a week. My question is there any other powerful injection than neurobion for my problem.

Hello, Thanks for the query. To control neuropathic pain it is essential to achieve a strict glucose control first. Fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg, HbA1c % < 6.8. There are drugs along with the injectors that are being taken like Pragabalin Another important aspect is your excess weigh, with a BMI of 29.53 kvs/ Sq meter you are close to being grade 1 obese. That needs to be reduced. Your ideal body weight needs to be around 60 KGS. So please look at that aspect. Thanks.
