I'm 20 (M) years old. I have stones in my both kidney (right 4.5 mm. Left 5.3 mm under kidney) when I lift my left leg feel like vomiting n pain. N 2nd problem. Digestion, is not ok. I go to 3 4 times to fresh in a day. Tongue has white layer also. Taste is not good. What should I do? Can't explain. Having trouble in my life coz of it.
