Hello I am 25 years old I am unmarried I was used anti depressed and anti anxiety tablets before 4 months and since that I got my cycle only for 2 days now my prolactin level is 261 I am very concern and worried about it please help me.

See mam your concern abt periods is expected. But let me tell you your mind is more important than cycles. And problem with cycle is for the time being. Its due to drugs probably. As prolactin is high you can consult your doctor to change the drugs slowly which has less action on hpa axis or prolactin level. But complete the course of treatment may be for more 4 months.
