Levothyroxine is available only in tablet form in microgram dosage. Plus it is necessary to know TSH, T4 values along with weight and height of the patient to calculate the correct dosage. Another aspect looking at the weight and height mentioned, with a BMI of 33.59 kgs/ Sq meter, she is already in grade 1 obesity, this is probably due to uncontrolled hypothyroidism. Thanks.
