Do a 4 years child need tetanus injection. Yesterday night he injured back side of head due to slip There is first aid. Injured was due to iron stick. And there is a little a bit blooding. So I thought tetanus is necessary. What should I do?

If the 4 year old child is vaccinated on time with normal immunisation there is no need to take TT as it is also covered in immunisation. DPT stands for Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus. It is a vaccine that provided protection against all three diseases.
