I am suffering from insomnia since 20 years and izzz Sound is coming in my left ear.Please suggest me something for that.

Need examination of year by a ENT specialist to know cause. For insomnia, follow sleeping rules like sleeping at a fixed time, Avoid caffine drinks at bed time, can have a warm bath before sleep. Dim light of bed room 1 hour before sleep time, Avoid seing TV before going to bed.
