My friend's father is having tumor (gilti) in the groin area near the penis root from last 4 month. Sometime it gives pain & sometime not. While pain its size increases. What should the the line of treatment & what kind of doctor (such as general physician or some other) should he consult? Age is approx 60 years. No other disease such as BP, Sugar etc.
