Hello, Thanks for the query. The glucose levels mentioned are too high, suggesting totally uncontrolled diabetes. What is the HbA1c%? Ideally when diabetes is well controlled Fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Therefore, it is essential for you to upgrade the current treatment and strive to achieve above mentioned glucose levels. Then your diet has to be based on body weight, extent of daily exercise and glucose levels. To give a detailed diet I need to know present diet and extent of daily exercise being done. Thanks.
