I am 54 male. Diabetic last 23 years. Now I am taking galvus met 50/1000 twice a day. My fasting 130 and PP 180 after medication. Do I need to stick with this medicines or to change. My HBA1C is 7.3.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Since the current medications are giving you a good glycemic control as evident from glucose levels and HbA1c%, there is no change needed. Instead of looking at changing the drugs, it is better if you give a closer look at your diet and extent of daily exercise, which help in improving glucose control further. Thanks.
