I am 37 years old and pre diabetic, I heard that in ayurveda brahmostava medicine is available to cure diabetes. Could please let me know Is that correct.

My knowledge, there is no medicine in the world so far to cure diabetes. If the claim made is true then diabetes would not have spread as it is now. In india itself there are close 7 crore diabetes patients. T2 diabetes is a condition which can be prevented at the pre diabetic stage, by regular exercise, maintaining normal weight, avoiding too much of sugar and sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries.
