I'm an active and intelligent college student, and have had a lump in my rectum which I could feel while pooping thrusting out of anus as of abdominal pressure and everyday there have been very negligible blood with poop its been since many years like 3 or 5 may be, never I felt no other symptom very, healthy strong and agile life, but in past few months I discovered that lump grew smaller than earlier it was of pea size, and I felt like it ruptured, now I can't feel it, but had fever since past two days now I'm very healthy back, but I discover there is more blood in my poop since past two days, more than ever, it isn't painful, nor I could feel the lump, no redness nothing all healthy and cool, no constipation, but just burning sensation while and a few minutes after pooping, I feel kinda shy telling my parents what should I do please help me, the blood is freaking me out.
