There is a guy 23 years old having history of fits occasionally in a span of 6 to 1 year especially during heat n summer and gets fits 3 to four times during this period. All this started after a fall from top about 10 feet. Clenches his teeth and shakes vigorously in fits. Got an MRI done 1.5 tesla which shows nothing abnormal. Need him cured from fits. Guide and help. Is it advisable to get a 3 tesla MRI done or any other test to detect exact thing.

He has seizure disorder and an EEG is needed to find out the type of seizure he has .He needs to take medication for fits. Any test is to be done after a neurology consultation.

It's a case of post traumatic seizure, you don't need a 3tesla MRI brain image, you should continue the medication atleast for. A period of 2 years, during the period if you are getting seizure activity despite being using the drug, you should take have add on drug, please upload the old MRI brain images, to see any brain pathology is there.
