You can eat any fruit in moderation. It is the total calories and your overall lifestyle taken together that influences your body and it's metabolism. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person with diabetes can eat most of the fruits, provided his blood glucose is well controlled. Fruits which can be taken more often include papaya, apple, pear, guava, pear, orange, sweet lime, pomegranate and watermelon as well as other melons. Fruits like banana, mango, chikkoo and grapes should be taken in less quantity. In a day 2 or 3 servings may be taken. Thanks.
