Hi, I'm 22 years old. I'm suffering from dry skin. I have snake like legs. Only my legs are dried. And when I apply any moisturizer the snake like stuff becomes shiny. I have used many aloe Vera moisturiser too but my snake like legs are visible very much. Could you please suggest me with something that really helps me out?
