I have completed my bsc 3rd year in this year. My age is 21. I have been suffering from depression since 2013. I started taking psychiatric pills from 2016 to 2017. Now I feel quite relaxed. My past memories, songs of few movies, few incidents in my life keep on going in my mind. I have noticed that I continuously keep on speaking in my mind. Few peoples told me that "you sometimes smile and speak with yourself being distracted from present?. I want to know that is it a problem? If yes then what is right for me .yoga meditation or pills? If any psychiatric pills then from which doctor should I consult (I mean psychiatrist, psychologist, homeopathy, general physician, etc etc).

I think you are not totally out of depression still. You should continue with yoga and meditation but you should also take some Ayurvedic medication in support. Ayurvedic medications are safe and effective. Avoid listening to sad songs avoid taking tea coffee spicy oily food items. Try to keep yourself busy. Plan your day and work according to it. Set a goal of your life and take necessary steps everyday to achieve it. If you like you may contact me online for Ayurvedic treatment and counseling. Wish you all the best.
