I am 25 years old male and I take medicines for epilepsy since 2015 (when I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis (levipil 500)). Since then nothing going right in my life for eg. Career, property etc I feel low most of the times. I have developed a tendency to get angry instantly upon anyone without even thinking of the consequences ,after that I feel guilty/depressed. My anger on little things have caused problems and this thing I feel like I developed after I have started taking the anticonvulsant. Please guide me a way out of it.

U can taper off the medicine and start other anti epileptics for focal seizures like oxcarbamazepine. Get fresh MRI brain with contrast and EEG. Plant to stop the medicines over the days after consultation with neurophysician.
