Dr. My kidney have 5 mm stone in past according to ultrasound report but when I done RIRS operation then no any stone seen in any pole. My Dr. Say to me this is h calcification not a stone.

Yes quite possible it happens. Ultrasound is not very sensitive for stones. Sometimes you need to get ncct to confirm. But don't worry once doctor has gone inside and seen ther is no stone it is good.
