Mujhe 2 saal se hypothyroid hai or meri age 30 hai or shadi ko 3 saal hote aaye. Kuch din pehle thyroid test karaya to tsh 5.93 tha jabki hum regular thyrox 50 medicine le rahe hai par mujhe pure machine me kabhi bhi bleeding hoti hai or abtak hum conceive bhi nahi kar paye, please suggest.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Jab hypothyroidism ka treatment acche tarikese hota hai tab TSH 3-4mU/L itana rehata hai. TSH 5.93 shows not enough control. Thyroxine tablet ka dose badhana chahiye. At least to 62.5 mcg or 75 mcg. Aur 6 weeks baad TSH check karana hoga. It is necessary to maintain TSH as mentioned above. Aur pregnancy chahiye to ek bar gynecologist se pura check up karava lijiye. For conception TSH has to be around 2 to 3 mU/L. Plus throughout the pregnancy it has to be around 2 mU/L.
