Coffee is essential for me to be productive during a workday, but I'm afraid it is doing long-term damage to my digestive system, especially black coffee. I can't give up Coffee for the next 2-3 years, so how can I counteract its negative effects? Is there some food that I can take that will negate its effect?

Yes it can damage ur digestive system,,also not good for ur heart,,u have to quit the habit
