I am checking my sugar level regularly and I have a family history of type 2 diabetes but my sugar level was below 90 in fasting and post meal but for past few days (7 day's) I have had too many sweets, fried foods and full carb foods, so when I checked my sugar level today it was 113 in fasting and 167 post meal. So I am afraid where I've diabetes?

Still you don't have Diabetes but risk of getting it is very high. Try to decrease your weight. Exercise regularly for half an hour a day. Reed your fat intake.
