Sir, I had my left shoulder dislocated at the age of 17 and after that I had this shoulder slipping out at different instances and an uneasiness sometime. Now I am 21. Last year I dislocated my right shoulder due to a bike accident and now I have finding it difficult to even do exercise like push ups and all. I took a mri and doctor found some water like thing inside my shoulder and he suggested me not to undergo surgery as I will not be eligible for Indian army selection which I dream for. Please help me sir.
