I am 25 years old I suffer anxiety and panic attacks from last three years. I consulted almost four psychiatrists, a cardiologist and a psychologist. I took escitalopram, etizolam, paroxetine and clonazepam. It treated anxiety to some extent but the negative thoughts still runs in my mind and cause panic attack and intense fear. Today I took paroxetine 25 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg but the mind did not remains calm and a panic episode occurred with intense negative thinking. I tried every thing but nothing worked even I tried exercise, deep breathing, meditation not they did not help. Now I am extremely pessimistic towards my mental health. Can any one help me.

Apart from psychiatrist and medications which you need to continue (there are better medications too), you also need to consult a clinical psychologist and work on cognitive behavioral therapy, regularly for many months to achieve lasting change.
