I am suffering from Anxiety disorder from 3 months. Took 1 month of allopathic medication. After stopping medications it started to have same symptoms again but the intensity is low because I do Pranayam daily and got used to it. My symptoms are- Getting excited on small things and increased heart beat, feeling dizzy, fatigueness, breathing problems. Now one thing, my anxiety symptoms worsen if I am hungry and take food after long and after having food if I am having anxiety it heals. All my heart and blood tests are done except Vitamin and glucose test. Shall I go for Glucose test? And how to get rid of this. And now for 2 days I am feeling fatigued.

Anxiety is all about your negative self talk - how you interpret the situation and what you tell yourself matters. Change tour negative self talk into more realistic talk. Example - If you tell yourself - I will fail or I won't be able to perform , it creates anxiety and pressure. Instead tell yourself that - I trust myself and I know how to perform well so I just choose to concentrate on what am I supposed to do. When you do deep breathing, repeat these statements to urself. You will be able to release negativity through deep breathing and implant positive thinking. Deep breathing needs to be practiced as often as you get anxiety.
