I am a diabetic and with meditation I am able to keep it in control. However please suggest best advise to minimize medicine and keep sugar under control with walking daily. Thanks satish.

Hello lybrate-user, Having proper diet is also essential when diabetes is taken into consideration, by doing meditation we feel relaxed and this makes our sugar in control, the most important thing is the will power of a person. If you are strong from inside you will overcome this problem, you shud always have fruit diet, green tea and be on bajra or wholegrain rotis this will manage your diabetes and walking for 30 mins every morning is always best. Take care.
