I was advised Surbex XT multivitamins tablet and FDC D3 (60k) tablets by doctor. It would be great if you could let me know the frequency and dosage.

Hi lybrate-user, I would like to suggest, Surbex XT Multivitamin can be eaten once post breakfast everyday for best absorption. When multivitamin is eaten with food its easier for the body to use energy out of the food eaten for activities of the day. FDC D3 should be taken once a week at bedtime on an empty stomach for minimum an hour for effective absorption. It is important to fix a day in the week in order to avoid taking an extra dose a week by mistake. As Vitamin D# is a fat soluble vitamin, extra dose should be avoided as it can get stored in the body and turn toxic for the body.
