Hello doctor I had an abortion 6 months back. Anticardiolipin and antiphospholipid antibody is positive in my blood. So I am taking tab aspirin 75 mg od. Now I got uti and doctor prescribed tab ciprofloxacin and cipro soda sachet urinary alkalize. Is there any drug interaction between aspirin and these drugs. I am planning for next pregnancy. Is it safe?
