I am thyroid patient taking thyronorm 62.5 mg; irregular menses ; my weight is 85 kg wanna lose weight pls suggest me diet and whenever I do exercise I feel so much pain in my joints.

You feel pain in joints hence you are not able to burn your calories and weight gradually increasing. So you have to break this vicious circle, that is part one to reduce weight. Part two is to reduce calory intake in food so that fat stored in your body may be utilized for for you activities. Choose exercises which cause less strain on your joints. You can take help of an exercise trainer. Choose food which have less calory (low fat and low carbohydrate) and high fibre (roughage) content. Avoid sweets and excess sugar even though you are not diabetic.
